We want you to love your purchase, so we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order.

How do I get a refund?

Answer

Refund to the original payment method

1. Put in your order number and zip code and select "start a return or exchange"

2. Click the item you want a refund for and choose 'Return'

3. Tell us why you'd like a refund and continue with the return

4. At the end, select "No thanks" and choose to get a refund back to your original payment method.

5. Ship your package back to us using the prepaid label.

Items can be exchanged for any other product(s) of equal or lesser value, digital gift cards, or your original payment method.

How soon will I receive my exchanged item?

Answer

It takes 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) for your return to be processed. After that, your order ships back out to you immediately!

Do PediPeach gift cards ever expire?

No, they never expire!

Is the Return Policy the same for customers outside of the US?

Answer

Yes, all customers have the option of exchanging or returning their items no matter where they live, but we don't cover reverse shipping costs outside of the US.
